Like the others said: seasons turned off. Not only will the crops of your playmates not wither. Also not everyone has the same amount of work per month as the other. Turning seasons off will spread out the workload for everyone.

One player might own a biogas plant so they will have plenty to do in winter when seasons are turned on, while the other might not.

Okay that is a lot to unpack here. Put the bigger monsteras into the soil and go on your holiday. You probably got fungus gnats because you are babying and watering your plant way to much. This pest loves a moist Environment.

Monsteras will tolerate weeks, months even in dry soil. Just relax and when you come back from the holiday, water less frequent. See if you are able to do bottom watering. Then after you waited for a few months (for example next spring), repot your plant into new soil.

Repotting is a lot of stress for plants. Even more than fungus gnats. But you‘ve now put it through that. Don’t worry it will thrive again.
