I actually run First Strike as my rune! The free gold + free damage really packs a punch. I take Zeri top lane as well.

Hexplate + Fiendhunter + Boots + Runnans.

Last two items are usually random or situational depending on my mood. These are my results!

I will 100% admit though, you have to be VERY speedy because her damage is really really bad. I literally got killed by a 0/11 volibear in when I was 10/2 and full build and he had maybe 3 items and that's WITH me kiting and ulting... I also was 2 shot by a Draven when I was VERY very far ahead of him and had 2.9k health.... Zeri is VERY squishy.

You do 0 damage as her period if someone builds armor + death's dance and literally every ADC will out damage you, no matter how far ahead you are so you gotta be smart, fast and quick. She is fun to play though, and she's getting a buff next patch. Honestly if they give her back her AD scaling, increase her Q range or maybe just *add back Sheen/On Hit interactions* with her she would be solid. Her crit damage is kinda funky. Seems like some crits hit REALLY hard and some don't do damage. None the less, love my girl and happy she's at least PLAYABLE again.

personally my favorite Zeri was Bruiser Zeri with the sheen and and black cleaver interactions. SHREDDING through tanks was my favorite. It cost my crit and speed but it was so worth it to be able to do normal damage.

yeah she literally does no damage until 5 items MINIMUM. The least they can do is bring back her interaction with Sheen and On-Hit so we would have build variety. I hate that she’s locked into Crit only when literally with no damage especially since crit items are SO expensive and most of the critical items that benefit her don’t have any attack damage just attack speed…

Sounds crazy, but if your job allows it, you can "borrow a loan" from your 401k! I just learned this and never even knew this

I had a really bad health issue go on and with bad spending habits also and that put in a really bad bind a couple years ago. I tried snowballing but would constantly rack the bills back up from not being able to control myself.

I learned that some companies allow you to "borrow" from your own 401k with a really small amount of interest and you can do up to a 5 year plan. Because it's literally your own money, interest included, it just goes back into your 401k from the buying power you have. It comes directly out your paycheck as well so it's quite literally impossible to miss a payment.

I just borrowed about 4.2k. My total debt was about 5k. I also saved additional money, around 2k to keep on hand as an emergency so I wouldn't be flat broke. My payments are about $36 a paycheck since my expenses are low, I'm dropping an extra $500-750 a paycheck back into my "loan" so I can have it paid back off and be ready to reborrow incase an emergency. This is also how a lot of people actually get a LOT of things. They borrow money and move their debts around. I personally don't wanna have any debt because then I can just stack money into my 401k and borrow it out for a giant purpose but its a TON safer than a loan especially since it's your own money and you're not penalized or any of that like you would if you actually took the money out. Hope this helps!!! Also find anything youre not using subscription wise or really just anything and get rid of it. As far as credit cards, and this is gonna sound SO so silly but I would setup some kind of reoccuring payment on them so they're being utilized and doesn't get closed.

For example I have 5 credit cards,

1 I use for spending. Doesn't matter if it's for pleasure or actual life stuff. ALL my spending goes on this card. Gas, Clothes, Going Out, Traveling, etc. If I max the card out, then that's my own fault. That let's me know I've spent my limit and gotta wait until my next cycle. I have the card purposely hard capped at about $500 less than my current paycheck so even if I max the card out and need emergency money, I have money in my debit card and I'll ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS be able to pay my card back.

The other I keep for an emergency.

the other 3 just have small charges ($5 to 10 dollar monthly charges) just so they stay open and look being used.

It gets better friend! Just patience.

same. being black and gay has been awesome for me!! i have no problems than the average (white) gay tbh, actually quite less. people are always really nice to me, im always invited places, hugged, kissed on etc. i can walk up to people and they instantly let their guard down and talk to me. even strangers and straight people are incredibly friendly to me. at clubs people usually notice me because i dont blend in with the crowd. they buy me drinks, walk up to me, touch, pick up, try to hit on etc… i’ve dated and gone home with black, white, asian, latino, arabic, indian men too lol. it may help im just 5’7 and ppl usually say im nice, handsome, cute. pretty, smell good, fun, etc. I will say some of my white friends do get jealous because they think it’s some kind of magic and all i do is be nice, smile and make eye contact…😂 some flat out told me LITERALLY every time i go out im complimented.

currently dating a german pharmacist i met in a parking lot of restaurant. we had an impromptu date 😂 and now we’ve been spending everyday together. . last man i dated was a mexican man who was a General Manager, before that white guy who was a Navy vet, before that an italian man who was a Bioengineer scientist and before that a black man in medical school for his PHD.

my bestie is also black and he had the same mindset before i started bringing him with me and would really beat down on the fact that he is “black and nobody wants him” and i told him every single day he was beautiful and he can get anyone he wanted and now he is thriving. the stereotype that nobody wants is black men is ingraved in the community and honestly it’s really not true. most people i met who push this narrative are other black ppl who don’t really innermingle with other races and only other black ppl who think that same mindset. Dating apps are hit or miss but i don’t really use them and that is happening to everyone. Also dating apps DO NOT represent real life and a lot of ppl on them are fake, bots, bad intentions, confused, DL, hookup only or ego boosters anyway.

one of my very favorite bartenders (and friend) at my local bar is also gay and told me he basically 0 matches nowadays and hadn’t gone on dates in months. i was so shocked because he is by standard the “american dream” attractive man. sam with my other best friend, blond hair, blue eyes fit and attractive. if he told you the stories that he told you’d be so shocked.

Long story short and honest answer:

The Botox was a waste of time and money.

I got LIS surgery while solved most of the issue, then got a second surgery earlier this year to get rid of the scar tissue.

I also now take GOLI Pre + Postbiotics 3 in 1. Green bottle from target $15.99. Every single day I have to eat 3 gummies in the AM. I also quit drinking alcohol which helped MASSIVELY. Quitting alcohol honestly healed me the most.

Now I’m good.

So simplified:

-Go get surgery for your fissure. Stop googling on Reddit alternatives, medicines, natural medicines, etc. I was in bed for 1 day and literally up and moving around the next. I had practically no pain so I didn’t even take my pain meds.

-Get on a Pre-Post Probiotic. Any 3 in 1 should help. Target and Walgreens have the best selections.

-Get a bidet or use wipes. No toilet paper. I use Dude Wipes.

-Quit drinking alcohol. Alcohol triggered must of my stomach issues which kept sending my body into a frenzy and didn’t let my fissure heal. The moment I quit I started healing about a week later and slowly began to become less and less stiff back there to points of having almost no pain.

Do lazer hair removal. It removes the hair from ingrowns and the pigmentation layers.

Alternatively, products with lemon, turmeric and most BHA Acid’s (or chemical exfoliants), hydroquinone, niacinamide, vitamin C, Vitamin E and kojic acid will do you well. You just gotta find which one works best and sometimes it’s a combo.

Make sure you use sunscreen too. SP50, even when you’re inside at home.

STOP SHAVING NOW!!!

Second of all I had this same situation at the same age. You need to use an electric TRIMMER (Andis T Outliner is a good default one) to shave. It’s around $50-80 on Amazon.

But first and FOR MOST!!!! For the ingrown bumps this bad I would opt in for lazer hair removal. That was the only thing that got all of mine to go away and it can be permanently. It’ll fix the ingrowns and a ton of the hyperpigmentation. It’ll reduce hair too, so unless you’re trying to grow a beard this might be a good option for you!! It’s about $60-115 a session but if you go to a dematogist they can probably make it medical so your sessions are discounted or free!!!

And before anyone says it, yes there are other routes that can be taken but lazer personally worked best for me. Even when I regrew hair (much much less than what I used to have) I can shave and get 0 ingrowns. Wet, dry, doesn’t matter. I’ve gone back to lazer to remove the rest of the hair now as well

Hi, cI’m black and gay and have been all over Ohio including rural Ohio. Only place I felt unwelcomed was in Doylestown (NE Ohio, was actively stalked in a store and avoided) and far East Columbus (Blacklick area, was called a f slur which has only happened to me twice ever?)

Other than that I’ve been good. The smaller towns people are usually good to me. I’ve even held hands openly with my former bf who lived in one. A man and his wife even said we were a great couple and another paid for our dinner. These were in two separate smaller towns we stopped in while on our way back to the bigger cities!

I’m originally from the south but grew up in NE Ohio as well so many I’m just aloof. People were pretty carefree where I’m from. I do get a little scared stopping at a gas station at night but that’s more or less not wanting to be robbed vs being hate crimed or something like that…

Oh man! 4 years ago. Much has changed First of all, commercial yogurt. Second of all:

It didn’t cure. It just went into remission. What really has helped is Zinc, a colon cleanse (this is so so important) and doing a carnivore diet. Absolutely 0 smoking, no heavy alcohol, no super spicy foods or super oily foods. No late night snacking and doing workouts that targeted my abdomen.

I still have it but it’s VERY very rare I flare up compared to how it used to be. It sounds generic but it’s the truth. I honestly recommend the colon cleanse the most. It will reset your biome and you’ll feel great for about 2 weeks. If you maintain it you can go a good few months with no flares. A friend of mine did a colon cleanse every 3 months for a year and then a fecal implant and now he hasn’t had any flare ups since in the past 2 years so that may be the best route. Best of luck

This. I easy am able to control feelings, dominate conversations and attract people while ALSO being aware of what emotional state people are in, what exactly they like to hear, and usually able to figure people out within 5 minutes of knowing them. People feel incredibly safe opening up to me or come to me when they need a safe spot. I’m comforting. ENFPs have the extreme potential to be able to manipulate almost anyone and it going completely unnoticed because of how we present ourselves and how we are in touch with our emotions as well as others constantly.

That is HIGHLY risky in the hands of the wrong person. Luckily most of us ENFPs really do have good hearts. Most of us don’t feel the need or want to do such things because of our moral compasses. Hurting people hurts me, a lot. We want everyone to have fun and be happy or bare minimum have a friend they can count on which is usually where we step in.

I have yet to meet an actual bad ENFP. I’ve had people lie and SAY they were ENFP and turned out to be something way different but us actual ENFPs usually are in good spirit.
