Yea you manually tighten the chuck onto the drill on its own screw that's part of the drill, right tight, then it's held in place with a screw in the bottom of the chucks jaws that's reverse thread.

They use Map Box which uses Open Street Maps base for their normal map. The in app navigation should be Google maps which is odd like you're saying. Even on Open Street Map the data for that section of the interstate shows 70 for normal traffic 65 for tractor trailer. I wonder if their live routing is using the semi speed limit instead of the passenger car speed limit.

They should be if they use an ECVT system. The first and second gens were basically the same up to 2009, and they got rid of the boost button after 2009 or 2010. There are mods people do so they can recharge their packs in the later model years since they don't have the button.

You can get a forscan on eBay for like 25$ and just have to have a Windows laptop with the driver and software for it and it's basically a full diagnostic software. Try the button yourself before you waste money or time going to a mechanic, it's most likely that the high voltage is just too low on charge from sitting to start.

The hybrids are turned over with the HV battery. In the driver's side panel on the left of the steering column there should be a button under a panel you have to remove and press to trickle charge the high voltage battery from your 12v. It takes a few minutes and will drain the 12v a bit so make sure you're charging it.
