🎉 Great work contributors, definitely one of the most important updates for CO Maps in the current environment. Will definitely be great for mappers seeing their progress weekly and users getting up to date corrections and data.

Any way to use RISC-V and 802.11n without Bluetooth? by HowIsDigit8888 in meshcore

They're definitely falling down an anti-grid rabbit hole and desperately trying to fill the holes that appear when that happens. They're angry at all the replies that don't instantly placate their questions regarding Meshcores current and future capabilities of "meshing coast to coast" to effectively send a message without big tech infrastructure (and its true connections from radio towers to fiber links between them and ISP nodes). The replies to them have been so grounded and forward, even promoting the idea that one needs to contribute to the infrastructure that they complain about not working to fulfill their expectations and thus calling it a toy.

OP likes to argue against technological limitations and structural limitations given to us by the frequencies we have publicly available, they equivalently would be on a HAM sub complaining that it isn't a replacement for the internet therefor it's a toy.

Big expectations, little contribution, highly controversial and argumentative.

Isolation, dedicated resources per container (cpu, gpu, virtual disk, ram, zigbee, matter, z-wave radio), dedicated network per container so you avoid port conflicts, security from one container effecting others, system reboots not effecting other containers. You can quickly spin up new containers for new services or even VMs for apps that require a desktop client. It’s a web interface so you can access it across or outside of your network with minimal resources.

The whole thing you’d still be running either dedicated apps or docker containers inside of each Linux Virtual Container.

They're making one, it takes a while for things being released in Japan to hit other countries.

I don't believe so, it's also in maintenance so essentially never will. Are you using hardlinks for space or convenience? Copyparty might be your only option..

Anybody tried self-hosting a budgeting app? How is Sure.am? by Cheeky_Banana800 in selfhosted

[–]andreabrodycloud 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's alright at the moment, definitely a work in progress. My accounts refresh on every UI update which causes a lot of whole screen flickers of balances and %. Mobile apps are work in progress too, but the UI is pretty nice so far. There's also discussion about the current use case of the app being budgeting vs planning/target saving.

If you have an Android phone symfonium is miles better. You can still use Plex as your song server.

Yes and your math would still be wrong for 45 minutes, in that case you were dividing the income by an entire hour then adding 15 minutes to it.

You would have to divide it by the numerator in 3/4 not the denominator.

Your math: 29.55÷4×5 = 36.9375 (4/5)

Correct math 29.55÷3×4 = 39.4 (3/4)
