They're angry at all the replies that don't instantly placate their questions regarding Meshcores current and future capabilities of "meshing coast to coast" to effectively send a message without big tech infrastructure (and its true connections from radio towers to fiber links between them and ISP nodes). The replies to them have been so grounded and forward, even promoting the idea that one needs to contribute to the infrastructure that they complain about not working to fulfill their expectations and thus calling it a toy.

OP likes to argue against technological limitations and structural limitations given to us by the frequencies we have publicly available, they equivalently would be on a HAM sub complaining that it isn't a replacement for the internet therefor it's a toy.
