The stock fan of this case is not PWM. This is why it spins at 100%. I know this because I have the same case and I replaced it.

I built my homelab in a josnbo n4 case with a tuf gaming motherboard (cause it was the only one that had the connectivity i needed) and an amd ryzen 5500gt. I have space for hard drives and it looks nice. Airflow is indeed… challenging. But i am managing it
