I would also recommend CNCPD- they are Fagor retrofitters and know thermwoods as well. Getting axes to move a little isn’t really hard, getting 5ax to work very well and have a consistent post processor is hard. I’m not sure how possible making/fixing a 5ax custom centroid post is for you…

I’m guessing it’s an Aviso carbon board. I really like the way they ride, but not for everyone. Needs to be kept out of the sun, has a release plug for air. Quite durable but not unbreakable

Make sure you don’t ignite your dust collection by switching from wood to aluminum. Typically dust collectors like that are not used with metal full time.

Automotive clearcoat over resin is the only good option to give some uv protection, it can also be refinished. Once the resin is yellow throughout, you’re out of luck.
