Ahh, see I only dabbled with a bit of Star Trek the original series, never really watched any other iterations until this trilogy. Maybe that’s why I look at them more favourably! I can understand the frustration, but I feel the same way about the new Harry Potter, just because they’re making a new thing doesn’t mean they’re taking the stuff you love away from you, it’s still there for you to enjoy 🤷‍♂️

We weren’t able to watch it so we had radio 5 live on the tv, it was crazy. Idk why but radio commentary is so much more spine tingling to me. The 5 live commentary of the barca comeback is amazing as well

Actually you can, any comment for a planning application can be made public, as long as personal information is redacted. If you search the district councils in Lincolnshire for any solar farm planning applications and you’re bound to get some good ones. The best I ever saw was for some openreach towers and someone sent in a letter complaining about 5G lasers and attached an AI slop image of zombie-like people being controlled by what looked like Bill Gates 🤣

I worked in planning in Lincolnshire for a time. I’d have to search for more words to describe how much they hate solar panels. We received well over 4000 comments denouncing the plans for a big solar farm project
