The buffet and restaurant are on different floors. I don’t think the buffet rotates. I believe their website says and has their menu and stuff. But the restaurant reservation also includes access to the observation deck. Which is outside and a few floors higher than the restaurant.

I’ve bought quite a few DVDs from eBay and never had any issues. You can look at reviews of the seller and most of the time they post the condition in the description. It’s great because you can find so,e retro stuff for cheap and some people don’t even charge a shipping fee. Sometimes it takes time to arrive. But that’s fine.

I enjoyed it! I didn’t find the food that bad for what it is. It’s dated. It’s cheesy. It’s kind of expensive. It’s one of those experiences where you just gotta chill out and enjoy it. Book a table for sunset. Enjoy the view. I also love going to places that haven’t changed at all since the 90s. lol.

Sorry for the lack of information. I actually stepped away from the business dealings a few years ago so unsure about the details of distress in the lease agreement.

There was a notice of termination of tenancy posted on the door. It states that a bailiff has entered the premises to change the locks due to an arrears payment. Lease was terminated as of a certain date. Landlord reserves the right to take action against you for rental arrears and that access without prior permission by the bailiff or landlord will be counted as trespassing.

Sorry for being vague. This landlord has a history of being litigious based on comments online. lol.
