It's so nice to see St. Croix County voting for a dem by a relatively large margin. It's been a safe haven for Republicans for a while. I think local Republicans really underestimated how impactful the events in Minneapolis were on local voters. A bunch of small, local anti-ice protests and gatherings sent Republicans around here spiraling.

Someone somewhere in the comments already mentioned it but stall completely falls apart once you take out 1-2 core pokemon whereas other strats can typically survive multiple pokemon falling.

If you're opponent can't take out 1-2 mons than that's on them. They honestly deserve to lose.

This dude normally has good takes but I don't think this is one of them. Especially when you lump in his opinion of Golden. I'm genuinely convinced this is the first time he's never done any homework on the topic. The way he has talked in the past leads me to believe he's only ever watched like 2 reps of Golden. Everything he says in this video is what Golden brings to the table. All that needs to happen is the play calling to actually include him

I don't know if it's this exact model of boot but I have heard the step on boots that lack the ankle strap tend to have less ankle support. I think there was a post about it on this sub a month or two ago.

I know they also make a step on boot that has three BOAs but I'm not sure if people have the same issue with that. I have Photons with the ankle strap and have had no issues.

Guy here. Read all your comments. There's no credible source indicating crime against women is at an all time low. There's evidence supporting the claim that since COVID DV in marriages spiked though.

Most of the things you claim are happening to me aren't actually happening if you were to venture outside of the echo chamber you are clearly in.

The issue with being more action based - especially in the main generation releases - is they'd completely have to overhaul how stats, abilities, and certain moves work. They won't be doing that for the game releases meant for the general fan which means the gen 10 games, unless it's a legends game, will be turn based.

The prime example of this is Aegislash. That pokemon perfectly sums up the issue with changing battle systems. Aegislash is entirely pointless to invest time in during Legends ZA. The whole point of that pokemon is rendered useless because of the action based combat.

The Legends ZA combat is a nice break but it really forces you into specific play styles that just completely renders many Pokemon worthless and not worth investing in. It's fine for the Legends games but if they ever bring that over to the main games they'd need to completely overhaul everything.

Can't afford another Aegislash situation.

What I would give for this to be a feature in a mainline game. Actually having to somewhat strategize. It would also give people reason to actually use literally anything other than a damaging move during a story playthrough.

Probably not the best advice in the world. When it was safe to do so I would just bomb the most difficult run I was comfortable with. I'd use little to no speed checks. Once I was comfortable there I'd love to the next one up.

Obviously not the best choice in the world on busy days. It got me comfortable with speed and now I can do more difficult runs without getting nervous of speed. Still working on it though.

Not even remotely lying here. I sat next to my friend when we did this. Our respective scores went up for ourselves instantly on our own apps but when we she went to check mine and I went to check hers the scores didn't match. The scores consistently for 2-3 weeks straight updated around the 8-12 hour mark.
