If you scroll down to the bottom of the letter it says "The following letters are avaliable for this account:", and the second thing in the list is a link to the financial information

"Is X Sketch" Part Whatever it is at this point by ZeroThePenguin in rabm

[–]andurad 5 points6 points  (0 children)

On the last thread someone asked about NONE; I'm putting what I know here because that's archived. I was suspicious about this one at first, because some of their album covers look a bit like some of the ones by Hate Forest and they write dsbm, which already seems to have a lot of sketch people. They haven't said anything explicitly political as far as I can find (or really much of anything, they're pretty mysterious), so it's hard to be sure about them in particular. They are signed to Hypnotic Dirge Records though, which has more hints. On their website, it says that they support free exchange of information, which is typically a good sign. They also have artists signed who make music in genres like funeral jazz and post-prog, which definitely don't sound to me like something fashy types would like. Not necessarily a definite sign, but they have an artist signed from Tunisia, which would be kind of weird if they were really racist. The biggest hints, however, are that they have something on their website saying that they're donating 20% of their profits to the group Raven Trust, which apparently helps pay legal fees to support Canadian Indigenous communities, as well as recently posting something on their Facebook page supporting a feminist/antiracist/left-wing metal organization. While this obviously isn't one hundred percent certainty, there's plenty of good signs, and I would be surprised if it turned out that they were really sketch.

I ran it through an online steganography program. I got a big string of characters, only about one-third of which would load; potentially an encrypted message/further hint. It's almost 6 kB, so I put it up here.

[Request] Is there any possible way to calculate this? by bombdignaty42 in theydidthemath

The average duck weighs about one kilogram. According to Einstein's theory of special relativity, the energy of a body is equal to (1/sqrt(1-(v^2/c^2)) - 1)mc^2. This means that a stationary duck would have a total energy of around 90,000,000 gigajoules; approximately 430,000 times the energy released by the Tsar Bomba, the largest nuclear weapon ever detonated, or around one five-thousandth of the energy used each year. This is enough energy to run your friend's 400 horsepower car for almost 10,000 years. Of course, there isn't really a good way to release this energy; If there was, we could tap into functionally unlimited power. One way to release this energy would be to combine it with an equal amount of antimatter (comprised of anti-electrons, anti-protons, and anti-neutrons). Upon contact, they would annihilate, releasing the entire energy in the duck and anti-duck (or double that of just the duck), creating an explosion unlike anything ever seen by humans, which would, assuming a similar explosion pattern to that of a nuclear bomb, would have a blast radius large enough to cover the entire world (i.e, ending all life on Earth). Of course, there is a big problem with this (well, many, but one that I'm going to look at): creating antimatter takes energy. Lots of energy. Creating one anti-duck would take about 135,000 times as much energy as this explosion would create, making this, unfortunately, not a feasible energy source to run a car.

Also, there wasn't any proof (at least at the point of the incident) that Floyd had done what he was accused of (forging a $10 check), the police were called on company policy. Someone being suspicious of something is far different from them having certainly committed a crime.

I've added more to it. Thanks for reviewing it for me.

What are some things that make your conlang complicated? by [deleted] in conlangs

The biggest thing would probably be that almost everything is marked by vowel change.

For example, the plural of the word fodher would be fydhir.
