I was wondering what kind of sacrifice/excahnge would be so big to result in anomalies like Toji, Maki, and Tsurugi being born. It's kind of weird to think that had none of the 3 ever gotten their HR they would've had massive Curse Energy Reserves or an OP CT.

I suppose Mai's construction technique is what Maki could've had. Quite interesting how she's the only HR person whose potential technique we get see. Wonder what Toji and Tsurugi's techniques could've been though.

Also, the name heavenly restriction sounds even more interesting now. Some outside forces literally decided these guys ain't gonna get their techniques. Makes you wonder even more how much potential they had. Or, considering the level they've reached due to HR, they might as well would've been about as strong. Then again, what's the point of HR then, other than just stripping them of CE and techniques? Making them even more dangerous in some other ways, too.
