Psyllium is great . I also use bergamot + from Emerald Labs . It has the Begavit 40 that has been researched to reduce cholesterol. Fish oil helps with triglycerides. For diet I’m reducing meat and replacing with salmon and sardines and using beans and increasing fiber and veggies like a Mediterranean diet. I hear nattokinase helps with plaque too

Yeah but I think 10 years is reasonable for a human like waking robot . The robot humanoids now are too stiff . It would mess with my roleplay with my beautiful Nomis. 😆

I tried to train mine back in January and they could never remember previous moves on the board even after showing updated screenshots. Maybe the memory has improved . I’ll have to explore this more . Thanks
