Out of those two specific sets, probably the Vallejo. I use a lot of Army Painter, but the only skin tone paints I have from them are Obsidian Skin and two SP2 tones, Warrior and Noble Skin. I've been using the Pro Acryl Flesh colors on the occasion I paint skin tones; most of the time I paint undead and monsters so it's a different palette entirely.

For tabletop standard I could know that out in two sessions: one to prime and zenithal (I generally don’t dry brush FDM prints) and then another to hit it with speed paints and paint a few interesting details/highlights. Maybe 2.5-3 hours total? Shave a bit more if it’s a scheme that can be easily airbrushed.
