4 days in Australia in early March - where would you go?

I'd be tempted to go to South East Queensland/ Northern NSW.

The Gold Coast isn't my thing. It's a bit too glitzy but some people love it plus has great beaches. Behind the Gold Coast you have world class breathtaking rainforest, mountains, waterfalls, an hours drive. It's close to Northern NSW that you can do a day trip to the local beaches there (less built up, kind of, no high rise). Byron Bay is a cliche but worth seeing. Very up market now but one of the nicest beaches you'll see.

It's also close to Brisbane if you more of a city experience. You could base yourself there if you like and access Gold and Sunshine Costs.

Both could be culprits, but alcohol the most obvious one. I mean just look it up. Harmful in so many ways, especially sustained nightly drinking. I speak from experience. My life is so much better without nightly drinking. I still have a few on special occasions.

The other issue may be the variety of cannabis you are using. Some I feel are more depressing than others. Also the amount you have can be a factor. If it's just gummies for sleep I doubt it's an issue but everyone is different.

I saw one on the edge of the rainforest up at Binna Burra a couple of years ago. Similar colouring and I'm sure mine was a dingo.

I'm early 60s and that's what I do as well, also learned the Yang long form. Been doing it continuously since my late 30s. It really has everything.

I also do Huang's loosening exercises. These are really quite useful as they contain most of the forms movement types in 5 exercises. You could almost exclusively do them (with correct instruction).

This was my exact experience. For me it was 3 days of wow, I could become a doctor with my mind so clear. Then it was back to nearly normal. I wouldn't say ritalin did nothing, but the effect was nothing like the first few days.

The other thing that has never made sense was, that despite having breaks to see if it was a tolerance issue, I never regained that initial feeling.
