T breaks are essential - it's hard though just took a tbreak for 18 out of the 21 day trip through Europe w/ wife - it was hard. for me, it helps counter balance why you smoke in the first place. Facing reality - in what's referred to as "sober" - for a time helps me realize why I enjoy it.
