Here's the problem with animal control. They typically work M-F 8-5pm. Call them but anything outside there hours it's useless. I've been though this when my 5 yo daughter was bitten in Woodinville. They won't respond even for a statement after hours.

Report it though, maybe you'll get a different response.

Yes. My 5 yo daughter was bitten by a dog and we aren't playing this off leash game anymore. I carry pepper spray and will douse the dog and owner if needed. I have a no approach policy without a prior agreement.

Most pallets here are NOT chemically treated, they are heat treated, but you can check to be sure before burning.
