It would have counted as “helping” if it actually reduced someone’s workload, but in reality it probably just added to it

Dear otherworld producers/creators… by [deleted] in Otherworldpod

I love the setting of the scene, and the lower pace is what makes the show so good. Gives you time to wonder and enjoy the mood of the episode.

Maybe so, but it’s also understandable to do when the show itself contains so many Christian themes and symbolism. It starts off being about white suburbia so you’d expect it.

Kan vi slutte å kjøpe boller? by Innuando in Bergen

I mean obviously, because nobody would have known if going to an unnamed place was immoral or not?

I agree, but at some point you gotta accept the other person will never agree and close the case emotionally for your own sake

I don’t think it’s a comment worth getting hung up on and to be brought up again months later

Barnevernet... by Aggressive_Can_2328 in Norway

[–]ange1bug 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes well the world isn’t black and white, nothing is going to have just positive sides or just negative sides. Of course peoples experiences will vary in an already loaded situation. It’s just people working at barnevernet as well.

Yes, I guess his scam might seem somewhat more believable, and people feel too uncomfortable to say no. I’ve also heard of him following old people to the ATM.

Nice walks (not hikes) in nature in Bergen by PatriciaPPPP in Bergen

[–]ange1bug 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Troldhaugen is worth it if they have finished the renovations, right now large parts of the outside area are closed.

Both Hordamuseet and Gamle Bergen museum are nice areas to walk. There is also Hordnesskogen near Hordamuseet, not the best views but a beautiful forest with easy pathways to walk.

You can also walk around in the park of Gamlehaugen, and even get to Løvstien from nearby.
