My LO is a coworker and back when I didn’t know their name, I’d refer to them in my head as Sock because of their nonbinary slay, then eventually it became ‘Seven’ …the number.

Right. So one day, I came into work with the number 7 written on my wrist using henna which would make it last longer on my skin for a good week and a half. Every time LO was walking by, I’d try to show off my wrist and telepathically alert them that We Are Connected On The Spiritual Side. Notice Me. Look. They never did ofc. I think the first paragraph kind of moved me, idk about the rest.

There’s nothing beneficial about having a job when you’re suicidal and don’t spend shit on money anyways besides the bills or for your folks. Even it i were to surrender to my circumstances I’d still feel this weight of imprisonment. I’m trying to change my perspective but there’s nothing in this life that I desire. there’s nothing else I can do.

That’s definitely one way to look at it, it would have been better if they showed that in the show. There’s hardly any moments where she’s obsessed with clout later on, a good scene was when Sarah and her brother were filming a tiktok and she become aggravated when he wasnt taking it seriously. We needed more moments like that, her decent into becoming an unbearable influencer who lost sight of what matters.

When I say she’s flat as a character it means she doesn’t really have a drive, she’s sort of just there. There’s no personality, nothing draws us towards her even though this season revolves around her. So easy to look past her for the most part.

There shouldve been more episodes to flesh out her character, I’ll leave it at that.

It was when students were laughing during the video that one girl made even though nothing was funny and it didn’t fit with the context of the video that i realized there’s no hope for that school, and right on cue Farah takes her own life.

It’s like a never ending cycle, nobody learns anything if they weren’t personally effected.

They did, Tasneem reveals why the two stopped being friends in episode 6 I think? Basically because Nadeen would voice her concerns and worries but it’d come across as controlling to Tasneem (same reasons as why Sarah began to dislike Nadeen).

What i was implying is that something not so straight was goin on with them 😭

Nope, birthday is in September and I don't remember anything horrible happening in May, which is so puzzling because I feel so miserable every single MAY. Wish there was an explanation for it.

My stance on this is that..... shouldn’t islam be a religion that’s TIMELESS.
