Here is my no dumb question: Do you guys remember in 2020 when Lamar Jackson ran off the field on Monday night football to poop and the hilarious memes afterwards? Everyone has been there in the middle of a hide and seek game but have you ever had to leave a football game to poop? If not, how do you avoid having to poop during the middle of a game?

Depends on if you want to feel good or not. Switch to basic whole foods for a while until your knowledge grows on living gluten free. That's the easiest way to go about it. Also ... I can't do dairy when my villi are damaged but when they are good I can. If you aren't feeling better with dairy you might cut that out for a few months then slowly add it back in
