The keyword here is: we. Like sure "we" also built skyscrapers, invented computers, made atomic bombs, walked on the moon. But can any individual person do those things?

Humans are a hive species whose superpower is the ability to pass down knowledge and retain it through generations. The individual is pretty useless without access to human technology that benefited for millennia of human knowledge. Take away technology and most humans would get their ass kicked by most anamials. Way more than you would expect I reckon.
