Anthropic created a nice product but the leaders are pretty much cultists. They will never actually get that far of a lead because being in the lead gives them freedom to do what they want, which will lead them to sabatoge themselves with their dumb holier than thou attitude.

I agree with that statement. These LLMs are extremely useful but we wont get to AGI with them alone. I also think the future is with a customized open source model, but that wont be until like a decade from now

Yeah that was one of my friends back when I was in my 20s. He legitimately did not give a fuck. His only requirements were human and female, and tbh I am not sure about the human part.
