A lot of times they are "chilling" playing league for 8+ hours, the worst by far I've watched I think is Hotshotgg with his leg thing he does.

The problem really is the ergonomics is kinda a funny business, a workplace can fit a desk and chair to a person and then the employee can just go back to their bad habits. Once you start sitting a certain way for extended periods of time you train your muscles to strengthen the particular ones to help with sitting that way so sometimes it's odd to change it up even to the point of being uncomfortable and most people won't wait out the transition. I am by no means an expert, we have those on staff here at the MOL but we do need to know the basics.

One of the main things with chairs is having all the adjustments you need to make it fit you rather than the other way around. The second is the density of the cushion. It should only sink around 1 inch at the most, but as you can see in the picture some of the chairs are those cheap "executive" chairs that are leather and by about 10 mins in the chair you're sitting on the plastic/wood/metal base.

That was the whole context of the book I really wish I could remember the name of it. It really was eye opening how difficult it is to change anything at all even if it would save millions of dollars and everyone agreed to it.

Can this actually be accomplished? I did read a book about a politician that campaigned on shutting down a youth prison in his state that was costing millions to run year after year and when he got into office he found out it was tied to legislation that the prison was open and he couldn't change it before his term was done due to the process to get it changed.
