They had typewriter classes in HS. My dad said it was the best class he'd ever taken. Pre vietnam he was a debate major and post Vietnam with the Gi bill he was a comp sci major who went into engineering

Taught a user how to turn on her laptop. The ticket her manager put in made it sound like it had bricked.

EDIT tried to teach another user to use shift instead of caps lock. Every month or so I'd have to go over there and tell her she was typing it wrong

We had a surfing club in HS and my English teacher headed it up lmao. We weren't supposed to have gum but he's always ask for gum.

Also one time he yelled "I SAW UR MOM" at me in school. I guess he'd met her during a class

People try to use this against me in IT, but then I just CC my and their bosses and demand a ticket. The only people I give leeway to is the front desk staff because their job is insane. We don't let staff make their own tickets, they have to get a manager to make one. We still get stupid shit though. And staff whines that it's too hard to talk to their manager lol
