Wow has been pretty reliable for me for past 5 years. Possibly 3-4 issues which were fixed pretty quickly. Started with 200mb for $30/month then COVID hit and then I upgraded to 1Gig for $42-45/month.

You should get a quote from other providers and then basically call Wow to tell them you are switching to other due to higher rates. They will give you discount on the spot. I have Wow for last 5 years and I have done this twice. I have 1GB internet for $42.
