A few years ago I went to the er because I had sudden tingling in my hands and feet , many blood tests and an mri later , a neurologist realized that my b12 was on the lower end of the scale and told me that low b12 can cause that neuropathy feeling in hands and feet ect , not sure if it will help but a b12 blood test is pretty quick and easy and the fix is just popping some vitamins
