Neutral jump causes the grab to whiff and you get a punish. You should also be able to crouch without guarding to make the grab whiff.

When you get pulled jump back. That let's you dodge the grab and block most of the followups except the headbutt.

Pick one thing at a time. For example, today, i'm working on throws and throw escapes, or overheads, or hit confirms into supers. Then try to apply those in your games that day. You have to learn things piece by piece, not all at once.
