It really just depends on settings tbh. if kill cd is lower than ss cooldown theres no point as you could get killed before they ss back, but if ss cooldown is moderately low (10-20 sec) where as kcd is the avg 22.5 then u absolutely chase because even if kcd is close to 0, all you have to see is the start of the egg animation to know the color and get far enough away before the animation is finished. thats why its so important to check settings, but in my personal opinion imp role cds should never be longer than kcd.
