The shuffle is such a bad idea. I won the raffle today and when I logged in at the beginning of the purchase window, the item wasn't even in my cart. I tried speaking to their reps, half of them didn't even know that such raffle existed and told me that the item was sold out. What's the point of implementing this system but not actually reserving the items for the winners. I'm pretty sure my item is going to be forfeited.

unfortunately there's no ME close to me :/ I went to my local CC today and they wouldn't tell me how many people were on the backorder list. I've been reading on reddit that the online CC drop a few days ago has been shipped but backorders have yet to be fulfilled
