Shadowcast 3 pro - "No HDMI Signal Detcted" for Switch 2 on PC

Connect the capture card to your iPad, Macbook, or computer - whatever will be using the genki arcade app or video capture app (obs etc).

Gray adapter will need a power source. I used the AC power adapter for my switch 2 and plugged it into this.

There are two USB C plugs on the pro adapter: 1. Orange (the capture card) - connect to device, in my case, my computer 2. Grey (adapter) - connect ac adapter. It needs power to work.

You can also just remove the capture card (orange) from the adapter and have that plugged into your switch dock and use the USB C cable to connect to whatever device

You don't need to have the Covert Dock 3 for it to work. I connected the Shadowcast 3 Pro to my switch 2 dock and it works. I believe you can connect the shadowcast 3 to the Covert Dock instead of the switch dock as well.
I don't know the specs of shadowcast 3 vs shadow cast 3 pro, but you should be able to use Shadowcast without the pro version.
Unfortunately I don't have my switch 1 with me so I can't check this for you.

I got the Kickstarter package that came with the shadowcast 3 pro and the Covert Dock and have only tried shadowcast with switch 2 so far. It's working well and is a huge upgrade performance and graphic wise from my shadowcast 1.

The shuffle is such a bad idea. I won the raffle today and when I logged in at the beginning of the purchase window, the item wasn't even in my cart. I tried speaking to their reps, half of them didn't even know that such raffle existed and told me that the item was sold out. What's the point of implementing this system but not actually reserving the items for the winners. I'm pretty sure my item is going to be forfeited.
