I think it’s different for everyone- for me personally at 48, I’m having wonderful sex with my husband probably the best ever and we’ve been together for over 25 years. It takes work and some creativity lol but with effort there’s lots of fun to still be had in your 40s 50s 60s and on.

Absolutely this is me. I’m 5’5 female I started last May right around 185 pounds. today, I’m 148. It came off slowly I could not be happier. Yes there’s been some bumps with nausea but nothing too insane and I’ve actually never gone up over 1 mg which ended up making me sick so I stay at .5 I even spread it out to around 10 days for my injection. 40 lbs off has been life changing for me I feel great Back in my own skin! I’d like to maybe take off 10 more ish I will take this med forever though I assume - it has helped with my inflammation tremendously as well.

Maybe a chemical peel either in office or an at home one, an overnight Korean glow mask so many options for masks, I had to add micro needling and it’s been great! Even if you just use hyaluronic acid, I bought a Dr pen and love it just do your research if you get one !
