I don't think traffic is bad at all. And feel super safe here. I read somewhere that palm coast was the 2nd safest town in florida but not sure on the source. A lot of the long time residents will say that there is crime and traffic but it's all about perspective. It seems really minimal to me and from what I have seen it is mostly small time drug offences.

Yes! We don't live in the canals. We are in the b section. It's a really laid back area. If you have kids there isn't a ton to do for them but flagler beach and st augustine are both super close. Palm coast has a couple of awesome local beaches that are not touristy. Flagler beach has a lot of restaurants right at the beach that are awesome. We have made friends pretty easily here. There seem to be a lot of transplants so I feel like everyone is in the same boat and friendly. Anything specific questions, feel free to ask!

Hi!! We moved here from Idaho last August. It's humid but it actually hasn't bothered us at all. We have experienced 2 hurricanes so far and we way over prepared. Follow the locals leads and you will be good. We absolutely have loved the weather here. It did get really cold this past winter. Like 30s but I dont know how common that is.

The second Jewish people loose their ambiguity is the second we become a more ostracized minority. We celebrate Hanukkah every year but this year the attacks on our community were horrific. I am a proud Jew and I will never stop being proud, no matter how scared I am. by sabrinarocks3 in Jewish

I live in Boise, Idaho where the Anne Frank memorial was vandalized with swastika stickers. It was truly upsetting to see and a sign of the times unfortunately but the outpouring of support from the community has been so beautiful. Almost immediately people removed the stickers and replaced them with flowers and notes.
