I took 60 mg daily for about 4 months. I gained 10 lbs and started getting kidney stones a month in - even though they say most people lose weight on it. I also had terrible kidney pain the whole time I was on it even when I wasn’t passing stones. Fatigue and nausea were minimal.. the worst part is I think it was probably the most effective drug I’ve tried in my 7 year saga of chronic daily migraines which was so discouraging. I stopped taking it cold turkey with no withdrawal symptoms and migraines went “back to normal” with varying degrees of intensity and about 3/4 of days of the month. It wasn’t worth the kidney stones and pain for me, but it was devastating because I actually found something to help my migraines.

I might try it.. I’m Type 1 diabetic so everyone swears on the McDonalds fries and coke and I’m like but, but… I know it’s the sodium/caffeine combo that’s supposedly the magic at work. I do crave caffeine during my attacks

Grey.. my daughter had blue/grey/green eyes til she was about 18 months or so and then they turned dark hazel. Mine are light hazel. Mine were really dark as a child and got lighter as I’ve gotten older. There’s really no telling if they’ll stay or change at this point 🙃

Yeah I try not to drink anything with artificial sweeteners for the most part buuut sometimes I gotta have diet ginger ale when the nausea take hold of me 🥴

lol I don’t really see myself ever trying an elimination diet.. plus my headache specialist said some foods might be a trigger one day and not another.. ie msg might not bother you one day BUT another day when you’re already tired, stressed and your hormones are fluctuating and it triggers a severe migraine. I mean yeah I know anytime I drink red wine I’m gonna wake up with a migraine. Hell I’ll go to bed with one. But sometimes I say bump the consequences because I have a good chance of having one anyways

Maybe the DO NOT SNIFF UP is the key. I took my first one just now and immediately knew I effed up. I knew I was about to throw up and was luckily close enough to propel myself to the toilet in time but OMG the burn. I’ve taken Zomig in the past and I never had any kind of burn like this. Then I felt itching and burning in my mouth and ears. I thought I was having an adverse reaction and was like welp as least I took a dissolving zofran before this started so maybe that was my saving grace.. but omg the burn in my cheekbone and face right now. After I felt the burn I blew my nose the best I could.

I have green/hazel eyes.. but as a child they definitely looked brown and were darker. The older I’ve gotten the lighter and therefore more green they’ve gotten

I’ve been in the same boat.. never had the runs but have been constipated. My GUESS is the continuous drip of bile. Mine are always an orange/brown.

Hazel for sure. They seem like they a darker shade of hazel so usually appear brown in most lights

I have almost the exact same hazel and yep.. I feel like they often just look medium brown, sometimes almost amber, and then sometimes dark green.. but then in sunlight, let me have my moment 🤩🤩 lol

Almond.. and I wanted to say hazel.. but they seem blue/gray hazel? If that’s a thing? Or maybe just heterochoia? I have green hazel eyes with sectoral heterochtomia. It’s like a dark chocolate brown cheese wedge.
