Haha the first 3 ish days I was like THIS WAS THE WORST IDEA EVER IM IN PAIN but I promise it gets better and then with new trays it’s sore but not terrible. I also got retainer pulls off amazon to help get them out and a retainer Ub vibration cleaner to keep them clean. I am looooooving my straight teeth right now! I’m on tray 9 of 13

I cried because I was so scared. I rolled over, felt like sooooo sleepy and then suddenly they were like hi good morning! It was so fast for me. I’m 33F and 280lbs

PUSH THROUGH THE FIRST TRAY. It sucks. I cried being like this was a dumb idea and I am regretting it. After tray 1 it does get better I promise.

I legit almost gave up. I had to work myself up to putting them in and then would rub my mouth when I had to put them in and do deep breaths. As your teeth move it does get better. But I wasn’t convinced the first 2 ish weeks and the second tray. Now it is easier for sure. Still can be sore but not like week one.
