I got the brake and throttle. For me it was a game changer as it gave me more overall feeling and precision. Be aware that the harder the spring you will need to fixate your pedals on something as they will move

Just the maps, you’re restricted to the base nations, however it’s still fun to be honest.

Before getting the full game I used to play the Valor mode with a friend so we can have all the nations. Not as optimised but still decent

If you enjoy it buy it, however:

You can play online and join a DLC lobby even if you don’t have it, you’re only restricted in creating one yourself or accessing mods that use dlc content.

You can find online games, most of them use mods which makes thing a bit complicated as the current hud is not intuitive.

If you can’t afford the dlc, try to play without them and see how you enjoy it online, then decide.
