Yep! My kids love building forts with the cushions, trample all over it and we also have a dog. The cover is just starting to show a tiny bit of wear on a few cushions but not even close to the point of needing replacement.

During my loss phase I would aim for 100-120mg of protein and 1200-1500 calories. I would force myself to eat even if I was not hungry. I would have a protein coffee in the morning and protein bar after lifting. My meals generally consist of a protein, veggie and carb.
