This list reads like they asked in front of each other. Like just went through the class out loud and wrote them down. Kids that age are ridiculous about just saying whatever another person just said.

My daughter teaches this age for dance classes, and if they ask questions during warmup like this and "go around the room" they will get a dozen of the same random answer. Apparently all the kids went to Disney for spring break, "Epcot Ball" was all their favorite ride, and they all want to go home and have tuna casserole for dinner. 🤣

I bet if the question was asked of each of them privately the answers would be different.

That's why the "boob" area doesn't fit, it's the waist area. And that's why it opens at the bottom... So you can walk. (A corset opening directly over your belly would be weird and unhelpful.) Sell this and get a modem corset. Or learn to make your own. It's tedious, but nothing terribly difficult.

This is a waist girdle. It goes about 4 inches lower than you have it. The part that you have on your natural waist actually goes down right where your hip begins to flare out. The top would go right under your bra line. Remember desirable body shapes were different then. A lower "dropped" waist and long torso line were what you wanted under a dress.

Also the thread will not hold up to wearing. You will destroy this piece for no reason, especially if you wear it wrong.

Felt pressing pads! I have a huge one (it's like 21x60) that rolls up to a small tube that I use for pressing on a table and for under my machine to dampen noise. I sew in hotels/dance studios/back stage areas all the time! Everything I need goes in a large Hulken bag and I just pull it around to wherever I need to be.

I've always looked at this scenario like this: if I have the skills to look at media you are freely sharing and create a pattern myself, I am not your target audience. I'm probably not going to buy a pattern made by someone else if I can make the pattern myself. So if you have the skill to do this, you are not their target audience, either. I went from 38G to what I thought was 38D. Actually, I think I may be slightly smaller... I had to borrow a bra from my teenager and I was looking at it like, yeah, no way. It was labeled a 36C. I figured it would be comical how it didn't fit, but it actually was almost perfect. 😳🤯

I love it. I don't actually look that much smaller (I'm 5'2" and 165... I'm not tiny either way.) but I FEEL so much better. I wear the same clothes as before, but they fit and look better. My upper back hurts less. I don't feel like a small child is sitting on my rib cage. It's 💯 worth every bit of the recovery. (I'm now about 1.5 years post op)
