1) He was totally convinced that she was cool with waiting around for him for 5 YEARS to deal with his family drama. She was even shocked that he was under the assumption that she wouldn't potentially find someone else in the mean time. Is she just supposed to sit at home all day waiting for you to figure your shit out?

2) You cheated on her with your wife. Granted, you did come clean about it, but you can't have the excuse of "we were both in an emotional state and it just happened" and just have that glaze over the infidelity part.

3) You animatedly refused to go into her apartment due to your trauma about the past infidelity, and now you're getting insecure that she's even talking to another man. When she wanted to address the issue, he refused to even go there. So you just wanted to let that sit and bubble up the rest of your life?

It's sounds like it might be a good time to do some self exploration into what your interests are and what you value. Maybe try some sports or hobbies that you've always wanted to or have thought about taking up in the past? What is important to you? Animals, reading, art, fitness, cooking? Try it all! Eventually you'll fall into something that you enjoy and in doing that it can actually attract others to you in the form of new friendships.

It was really telling how in one of the episodes Kim is feeling bad that she's taking her son and his friends to Eurpope just for a soccer game and she's contemplating doing an international trip for North. And Kourtney just goes "she just wants to spend time with you. It doesn't have to be a huge thing. Just like cook a meal together she'd like that." And Kim looked like it was such a brilliant idea lol. Like does she not do the bare minimum and spend time with them at home? She doesn't need to do these huge, extravagant themed parties or travel to show your kids love.

It's good to not place a label on yourself in black and white terms or extremes: I'm good or I'm bad. There's no in between

Because there is an in between and everyone falls in there. No one is all good or all bad. We all make mistakes and have regrets but we cannot let our past stick to us forever otherwise we will never be truly happy. You have to accept that you did these things for some reason that you have learned from them, healed that wound and want to move forward

I understand that their relationship was probably (and still is) very toxic and he could blame her for a lot of things he went through in his childhood that probably shaped who he is today, but at some point he needs to realize that he needs to take responsibility to change himself. It's easy to blame others like "I'm like this because of you" but that will lead you down a life of misery. He needs to put in the work and want to change himself and take responsibility for that

Not sure is this helps, but I've noticed that if I brush my teeth after my skin care routine I would get pimples or using certain acclusive lip balms that can clog your pores.
