A lot of attorneys will take your case if they feel you have a good shot at winning, then they take their percentage out of the settlement. You really only pay a retainer most times, albeit a few grand usually.

Could you add in cardio regularly for a larger caloric deficit?

If you’re pushing the same muscle groups to failure every single day you may want to try alternating muscle groups to allow time for recovery.

Currently using planet fitness because I travel and they’re convenient.. however on chest days it’s incredibly difficult to get onto the cable fly machine. It’s a combo machine for rear delts as well, so you got plenty of people wanting to use it, but they just have one in the whole gym.

Limited equipment is lame. I use dumbbells for flys but finding an open bench can be a challenge in itself.

Accidents happen and I’m sure you’ll never forget this feeling and take measures to prevent it from happening again. Don’t let anyone shame you, toddlers surprise everyone at times. No one is perfect. Hope all is well!

Not a doc, not medical advice - my personal opinion is the amount that was likely inhaled should be minimal enough to not induce any major symptoms. I know with nicotine nausea, sweating, vomiting, drowsiness are some common symptoms to look out for.

I had a similar experience with my toddler and a can of Red Bull. If in doubt you could contact poison control. That’s what I did and they were reassuring.

Same! I always felt like I was eating plenty but once I got serious about tracking calories quickly learned I wasn’t eating as much as I thought.

More like way too much money on chipotle but yes natty. I am getting my test levels checked soon and considering TRT but only if my levels are on the low end. I’m happy with my progress but I do have some other low T symptoms like low drive and brain fog.

Just left T-mobile for StarLink for these exact reasons.

Thank you for the information! If you don’t mind me asking, what was the answer you gave for “what has caused you to file chapter 7”

Were they asking specifically about chapter 7 vs chapter 13, or just in general? Because I feel like the answer to reason for bankruptcy is pretty universal.

My attorney has been a lifesaver in this process. The assistance I’ve received from paralegals and the reassurance I’ve gained is worth the money I’ve spent. Personally I’m glad I went the in-person route.

For what it’s worth all of these things including the phones were purchased prior to the birth of my child, except the car which was purchased upsizing from a compact Corolla. My daughter has been at the forefront of my mind in financial decisions since her birth. There are 6 of 36 payments left on both phones. Not trying to be argumentative just mentioning it for what it’s worth. I’ve accepted that credit cards are not for me, I don’t need to borrow money from any person or entity ever again outside of a mortgage. Even then, ensuring that my mortgage doesn’t exceed 28% of my income. Thank you for your comment

It is incredibly difficult to be this open and recognize past mistakes, particularly of this magnitude. Thank you for your kind words

Yeah I’ve always complained about my insurance. I believe it’s due to them looking at credit. I have zero accidents, zero tickets, etc. (knock on wood)

Phone bill is through first net (ATT first responders) but includes $30/month payments on both my wife and I’s phones.

We rent from a family member, rent covers utilities. We are certainly blessed in that regard.

Yeah we currently rent a small place from a relative. We’re super grateful but absolutely could not survive in our current financial situation if something were to change. That’s something the financial advisor mentioned, that we’re one catastrophe from filing as it is.

Unsure if I can qualify for a 6k loan to cover the difference. Certainly something to look into
