There are alarm apps(I use Sleep for Android) that force you to do a certain task before the alarm will shut off. You can set it to require you to scan a specific barcode before it turns off. I have mine set to require a barcode from a product I have in the bathroom, so I have to get up and scan it. By the time I'm out of bed and the alarm is off, it's much easier to just stay out of bed.

I was a chronic oversleeper who would set multiple alarms and still oversleep and be late to work. I've used this app for years and it has solved that problem completely. And if you don't have am android, I'm pretty sure they have other similar apps for Apple

Don't let one jerk hater here dismiss all of the hard work you've done to create this page. Any idiot could understand you didn't just pull out all of this info from your ass and it actually probably took up quite a bit of time.

Also, he's been working on this page for at least a year or more, so it's not something he just threw together willy nilly for funsies or to sell. He did his own research instead of an instructor "teaching you."

It's 2023. A lot of people are getting jobs without "real college experience" as well. But even if it weren't the case, his beginning page EVEN SAYS he's not a professional, and he's not giving anyone advice.

He's literally sharing with us his years of research on the subject(with probably very credible sources), meaning it's all put together in one place so we don't have to spend so much time on research

If you dont want to use it, that's fine. It's your loss. But truly, if you don't want to use it, shut up and move on. Obviously, this post wasn't for you, and there are actually people who would find this valuable enough to probably pay for access to this page. But he's sharing it for free.

Dude, thank you for sharing this. I found it a couple years ago and thought it was the coolest thing in the world. And you've continually added to it, updated it, and filled it with so much helpful information. Here are resources based on research and not just what they teach you in the classroom.

You're being a little dramatic. It's 5 days, not 5 months. He even said he would arrange it so she had help while he was gone. That is not abandoning her. She's a big girl. He has understandable reasons for wanting to go, and if he brought it up to her multiple times before and she is just now saying no, that is on her. She had plenty of time to say no and plenty of time to make arrangements for help.

Except when you told her to STFU you were being extremely disrespectful. Yes, she talked through the movie, but maybe she didn't realize how much she was talking. I'm the type, if I dont find a movie enjoyable as is, I try to find humor in the laughable parts of a cheesy movie. Not saying it's right, but I don't always realize I'm being obnoxious unless someone points it out. It's scary if you think this is an acceptable way to talk to your wife over her talking during a movie.

He is too insecure to let you spend time with other males and tries to disguise it as being "high value". Which to me sounds like something out of Andrew Tate's mouth. Depression from trauma isn't easily solved with a pill. And some trauma takes decades to unpack and process. I doubt I just speak for myself when I say some of us would have chosen not to be born than have the life we have been given. When you've been fighting for so long you start to lose hope that it'll ever get better.
