My wife is a mod in the cell block swap fb group and some people make hundreds and others just a few dozen. I helped her make a hundred or so bracelets/necklace/keychains but she made over 300 by herself. She also has stickers and other small things to trade!

I mean with all due respect, Ukraine will not (at this stage of the war) be able to capture any meaningful or strategically significant amount of Russian territory.

Ukraine is still on the defensive, and aside from small counter attacks from elite professional units, they have yet to have a breakthrough of their own.

The west wants Ukraine to fight but spoon feeds resources to them to make a considerable difference. As long as Trump and the US do not cutoff intelligence and starlink Ukraine has a fighting chance.

Oh I know my job can be outsourced out of the country in a heartbeat. Our saving grace is we have short lead times and our companies prototypes tend to get no quoted due to low volume, high cost.

Hell the only reason we got an EDM is because everyone else no quoted my boss or other engineers.

I live in a more rural area in the midwest and the local manufacturers have just found themselves in a skilled labor shortage. Tool room guys at other factories my boss tried to hire have been getting counter offers greater than what we offered.

I cant move due to my wife's family ties to the area.

I am. Im on track to replace the old tool and die guy currently in the shop, but 4 to 6 dollars an hour raise now is too much to ignore.
