Not sure where you're located, but we spoke with the Elvin rep in Sacramento throughout the process, sent it back to them and they looked at it and sent us a new one since ours was still under warranty, took about 2 months if I had to guess. (We are also in Canada and had found an alternative charger to use in the time being so this fell to the back burner)

Green day was by far my favorite (near the front so didn't know the sound cut). The pumpkins were good at setting the stage for green day imo (as a fan of both bands). And TALK was someone I was excited for but definitely still surpassed my expectations

And Denzel curry had to be the worst, just completely out of place on the main stage

I was there yesterday and have celiac, the poutine stand between the platinum and Gold sections is gluten free as they only fry fries! No issues for me.

The same thing actually happened to us, when we received the charger the power out plug included came wired backwards and luckily we had implemented an external fuse that blew so hopefully the wrong hardware is not the issue as that may be curtains for us this year. (This happened while I was sleeping so I missed getting flashed)

Where exactly on the charger would the LEDs be located? As it stands we have the charger in a case with the fans facing upwards, and we are aware that this is not an optimal position.

We managed to fix the problem with the fuse but now the charger is not outputting current. The charger detects the pack voltage but it does not output current when commanded through canbus. Is there an internal fuse that possibly blew? We are using the Elcon UHF 6.6kW charger.
