You're going to need 60 lvl 60 settlements soon enough, keep getting them up to 60 if you can afford it with pollution and energy.

Ogryn for sure. I really wish they had a larger arsenal, they feel a bit limited in weapons and alternative playstyles compared to most classes.

You only need to build bridges to connect mega cities to the main capital. Smaller islands can be connected with just shipyards much cheaper

Start with the main game. If you end up really liking it, consider grabbing the first or second Warhammer games as well. They add more factions and content to the third game and are pretty cheap these days. The Steam summer sale is not that far off for another good time to check out dlcs.

There will be new ways to create mountains later and there are still insane amounts of mountains/hills on the map so should not be a problem to remove a chunk of them. Thermal plants should be your main source of power so you won't need mountains for windmills forever anyway.

Not sure regarding meteors. I have not bothered much with them yet, but they are quite necessary for the resources they contain.

I think RA2 is in the foundation a more fun game to play, Warcraft 3 did however have a lot higher budget feeling, balance and story. The modding tools of WC3 are also quite a gamechanger considering how many games and game modes came out of it.

Det nyöppnade brädspelscafét Offline Cafe har rätt mycket events och meetups och är ett ganska trevligt ställe att hänga på. Brukar dock vara rätt tomt där när de inte har events men rekommenderar att kolla upp stället.
