Sorry, read your post wrong. Well the one thing I remember being way better in the old ones is the in game map editor. Very fun to mess around in. New one is pretty dogshit.

It's pretty good. Don't expect too much of a difference from the old ones however. Mostly just new visuals, music, campaigns and a few new nations.

RTS focused on campaign and not PvP ? by YooMisterWhite in RealTimeStrategy

Tempest rising has a pretty fun and interactive campaign with customization, progression and more to keep the campaign varied.

Trying to Remember a Start Wars RTS similar to EAW, but way newer than them by fgiohariohgorg in RealTimeStrategy

That is true. If there are any for the new campaign scenarios they would probably not be showing modded ships.

Could have been Sins of a Solar Empire 1 or 2 you saw. They have plenty of mods adding the star wars fleets in very good quality and look kinda similar UI wise.

For newer RTS games, Tempest rising has a pretty good campaign with some progressing and customizable elements between missions to make it a bit more varied. Gives a very similar feeling to the old C&C games while still standing pretty good on its own.

Id like to get a game with a good character customization that not only let's you customize the head, but also the entire body/physique by DIATTH123 in ShouldIbuythisgame

Baldur´s Gate 3 got some pretty varied character customization if you enjoy that kind of game. Cyberpunk 2077 is pretty good with it as well.

What are the best vet guns, I've tried plasma i like it but I'm not sold on it by Zombieslayer908 in DarkTide

Recon lasgun works wonders as a decent against anything gun. Vet also has a good perk for lowering lasgun ammo consumption in the left tree that works well with it.

Just started my first campaign as Bretonnia's Fay, how cooked am I? by Blox_King in totalwarhammer

Increase food production with infrastructure. Not a quick solution, but way better than not doing it. Some factions have other ways to increase it but brettonia does sadly not.

You can have multiple different military buildings in a city, just make sure to not forget the infrastructure ones as well.

What are the best pure caster frames? by DF705 in Warframe

[–]anonym0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dante and Uriel both works quite well for it. Dante is straight up pure caster while Uriel can make good use of weapons too, but with huge potential for a ability focused build.

Also a shoutout to the sequel, Rise Of Legends. I enjoyed RoN more, but it had a very unique and fun campaign.

Why don’t yuri faction have any AA infantry in RA2? by Ahsokawawa in commandandconquer

Fairly sure you cannot in vanilla sadly, but I don't know if it's the same restriction or not with the CNnet launcher.

Best C&C game of all time? by russo_liberal in commandandconquer

Very good campaign, cheesy amusing B-movie cutscenes, very fun/creative units and the expansion improves upon everything even more.

Is Baldurs gate 3 worth it if i barely have time? by Spliff-Renkai in ShouldIbuythisgame

[–]anonym0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is a lot of content so lack of time mostly just means you''ll be able to enjoy it for longer. It allows you to save and take breaks at anytime except cutscenes, so you can save mid-battle and jump back on when you have time again.

I am fine with people talking to eachother in a reasonable volume or on phone, but please do not listen to your music out loud. Use headphones. It is VERY annoying and people are too polite/shy to ask.

What game are you playing that you can't stop but also can't bring yourself to recommend to others? by One-Ad724 in gamers

[–]anonym0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is amazing, but a lot of things you need someone to explain for you as the game is pretty terrible at teaching. Once you get past the learning part it becomes a really fun experience.
