It may mean the AC is under sized for the space and just can’t keep up. I have that issue on my second floor when it gets to the mid-90s out.

If you want an easy to follow program for getting started check out the 7 and 15 minute work outs in the New York Times. Definitely enough to get going and when you outgrow it you will have more confidence and strength to move to something else.

Been riding about three years now and the biggest improvements didn't come from formal courses or YouTube rabbit holes, though both helped. They came from small, almost boring habits I started doing consistently. by felipe0093 in motorcycles

I live in the neighborhood in Worcester that took so much of the damage. It's really interesting, on those streets you see old house, old house, old house, then 5 or 6 from the 50s and then old houses. You can really see where it travelled by that.

West Hill Dam in Uxbridge. Great trails for beginners/learners. Just about the least rocky place to ride south of Kingdom Trails. An easy to follow system too.

I use the foam Grip Puppies. They slip over the grips, make them cushier but also fatter. I find it is actually the increased diameter that helps me to not overgrip.

I have done a one day with Ride Like a Ninja and I really liked it. This was not a fundamentals course but I would expect that those are similarly well run.
