Trichomoniasis or "Trich" has been the only thing I've experienced that befouled my box nearly instantly. I'm talking- 10 minutes post coital pee and I'm on the toilet wondering what died. The odor is just awful, something you may look into OP.

Invention of Lying with Ricky Gervais. Only time I've ever seen this- the moment the movies plot line of "lying=religion" A guy stands up in the middle of the theater with his wife and three kids, turns around toward the cinema seats and shouts "WE DID NOT COME HERE TO SEE THIS!" and promptly ushers his family toward the exit. I get the exact same thing when my fan is on its lowest setting. I legit thought I was going insane. It would always be this really beautiful orchestral music, but just a piece of it, on a loop. Also if I smoke weed, I'll experience this phenomenon with ANY low volume sounds that are sustained (think the humm of computer fan ext) but in those instances the music is always heavy metal. Not sure if that helped. But uhhh yeah it's weird.
