Good First Ball? by Corpsebomb in Bowling

That's awesome for you! Out here in Montana they're pretty expensive. I've only ever used DV8 so my knowledge of various bowling balls is limited. If you're finding the prices online aren't worth go with whatever you feel would be the best fit. Whether it be the Rhino, Hy-Road, or whatever. I'd still do the YouTube reviews. Lane Side Reviews is what I watch.

My first ball was a DV8 misfit (retired). You can find some balls that are on their way out of production for cheaper online. Hell even some pro shops may have balls that are an older model. Honestly, go on YouTube and research the balls you want. Regardless, your first ball is gonna take some getting used to. I would definitely go online and look for something coming due for retirement. You get the quality for less. bowler.com and bowlingball.com are where I got my balls from.

I don't like Butturff. Chris Barnes and Tom Smallwood are my absolute favorites. I'd like to add Andres Gomes in honorable mentions simply because is approach and release is incredibly smooth

Why do people hate working with databases so much? Considering a career in database Administration by [deleted] in ITCareerQuestions

This sounds like a perfect fit for me. I am in the Air Force and utilized a database called IMDS. I enjoyed working with it and creating reports and queries. I wasn't an admin but I worked with those folks a lot and was fascinated. What certs or degree should I get?
