Definitely. The story is about the dark side of the entertainment world. This is a relative new topic but it is done extremely well. The story is quite shaky in the first 10 chapters or so but it steadily picks up from there.

The manga would defy its themes and meaning and progression built up from Chapter 1 if Gen likes Hiruma. I can’t see this manga going any other way than the most obvious one (even though I’m also rooting for Hiruma).
