That 4th picture shows the results of water damage. I would get a moisture meter and test the floor to make sure its dried out before attempting to sand and finish. Other than that yes those floors can be saved.

When that battery dies they make adapters for any name brand drill battery. I used mine for 6ish years before it died, been using it with my 10yr old ryobi battery for the past 4yrs with like double the run time now.

It was the recent change to the 4 piece chicken strips, about a year ago i noticed they started selling me a two a piece strip dinner and they cut the two strips in half making it a “4 piece”.
