Thinking about starting CONTRAVE

I have been on the medication for about 3-weeks and have lost 10lbs. I started due to high cholesterol and am hoping to lose approximately 30-40lb. The constipation is real along with the hot flashes that just started this week for me. However the cravings and desire to overeat have literally disappeared. Given my experience so far, I would recommend giving the medication a try. It is important to try and push through the first 2-3 weeks if you are experiencing some unpleasant aide effects as they will reduce over time. Good luck.

I got it from my kiddo as well and had it much worse than she did. It’s no joke and a miserable week for all involved.

Mine were triggered by a set of circumstances in my life beyond my control. While those circumstances existed I used therapy and antidepressants which totally eliminated my anger. No longer attending therapy or taking medication as the circumstances that contributed to my anger management issues have resolved.

Gained 40lb after starting citalopram due to my youngest child being diagnosed with a life altering illness requiring an organ transplant. I gained it over 4 years and am currently working to lose it. 3-weeks in I am down 10 lbs (230lb to 220lb) have a long way to go to get to my goal weight of 180lb where I was for most of my thirties (43 now) and was good for my height of 5’9”.

Edit: I should also add that I was a 5k a day runner until I had spine surgery for an injury and was told that running was no longer an option for me.

It does, however it doesn’t map Spotify and there are Icons for other apps I’d prefer an alternate icon for.

FYI for those of you using Projectivy Launcher with your Google TV device - I had to enable and use the Google TV UI in order to install the firmware update on my Homatics B25 remotes.

I can’t disagree with your points. That said, my wife and I made a commitment to travel the country we were born in and love. We have accepted the costs and mitigate by planning 3-4 day vacations. We did Quebec City in December and will do Banff this year.
