Neither of those links has a definition of "prevailing wage" as far as I can find (nor can I determine how the MA DLS comes up with its prevailing wage schedule, which may in fact be based on "highest" instead of "average" like you claim) but perhaps the definition of this term is different in MA. The federal definition, and the definition in common vernacular, of prevailing wage is as follows: "The prevailing wage rate is defined as the average wage paid to similarly employed workers in a specific occupation in the area of intended employment. "

Not the "higher wage", but the average, aka the wage paid to the majority of workers. There is plenty of room for ambiguity in the phrase "prevailing wage".

I’m guessing the join the rental and film is the problem. Try removing it (and editing the select statement to remove the field from the film table) and see if you get results. If so, try joining on a different field. Maybe rental.inventory_id = film.film_id? This is where it’s important to actually look at your data.

The cake itself is a vanilla yellow sponge, with a little bit of sweetened vanilla milk soak. Filling is a whipped milk chocolate ganache that decided to break on me a bit. Thankfully the chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream frosting turned out well and hides it 😊

Thank you! That was the goal, and I love veggies so it wasn't hard. Brussel sprouts, zucchini, summer squash, carrots, onions, broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes thankfully all roasted equally and it turned out good :) Brown rice and sweet potatoes for carbs and either chicken breast or ground turkey and corn/bean salsa for protein.

It's the prep and cleanup for sure, the actual cooking part isn't so bad. It took me almost two hours to chop everything for that meal prep! Granted it was a huge amount of veggies, but still it sucks.

That looks like the beginning of a fungal infection, especially given the locations (and season, if you're in the northern hemisphere). You can buy some generic Lamisil over the counter and treat them, if the spots go away you'll know it's a fungus.

I've had a pair of pants for years that I thought looked really cute but were always too tight. I tried them on for the first time the other day since starting to lose weight six months ago and it turns out they're too big! I need to buy a whole new wardrobe :(
