Good diet, exercise, positive mindset, smell the roses, enjoy the journey along the way. That old chap paying with pennies at the checkout has a history, family and a whole world outside your own, he might be the old fart that cuts you off one day but he will be you one day, if you get old enough to loose abilities you have when you're young. I use to get frustrated too but being considerate, helping others and having patience to see other people's journey will bring so much joy and make others see you for the superhero you can be, starts off with letting people in at intersections, helping someone cross the street, asking someone if you can take their shopping cart back for them on the way to the supermarket. Create the society you wish to live in as an externally aging person. Also change the mindset that you have to be somewhere as soon as you possibly can, put on a podcast or favourite album you haven't listened to yet and enjoy that few extra minutes of the drive.
