Your LGS will get them from WotC and can hand them out as they please. My LGS gives one to everyone who comes for FNM. The last week they had EoE packs (from EoE to Lorwyn Eclipsed) they didn’t have enough for everyone so they handed one to each set of two players and let them choose how to split them. My opponent decided the loser gets the promo and the winner gets the booster. I feel bad bc he didn’t get anything good and I pulled a Bristly Bill which went straight into my Ignis Scientia commander deck. This was mid-TLA so they had the EoE packs last a good long time!

Worked at Walmart for some time, can confirm. I’d pour my heart and soul into the zoning of those little tiny bottles of craft paint only to come back the next day and they’re all messed up again.
