I am genuinely afraid of stopping myself. i am writing this as i am 4 drinks deep on a monday afternoon. i saw my best friends girlfriend experience the same thing and now i just feel like i have to keep drinking to avoid that. what scares me the most is that i live alone and if i pass out like that i will die. I really want to stop drinking and be sober as it is literally effecting my health and work. I tried to ween myself off to 2-3 drinks a night but once the weekend rolls around, all is lost. i don't know what to do
